this isn't about your chocolate covered pretzels though they look tasty but your post about booting Chief out of the nest. I can relate and sympathize with your feelings. I have 8 children and recall so well thinking the baby at the time had no idea what was coming. I especially felt very tender toward #5 as baby 6 was only 15 months later and it seemed so mean to do to him but after that 2nd one I realized I could be crazy about #1 and all that would follow. Your heart grows leaps and bounds xo

I grew up in Hanover, where those are made! For real! Hanover, PA. It's funny, but I take them so for granted that when people discover them (or Utz Potato Chips, also from Hanover) or Hershey chocolate (nearby) I'm always surprised by their reaction, because I grew up with all of them.

oh boy. thanks a lot, cjane. i decided to stroll down the pretzel aisle today, just to "see" if the choco pretzels were there. indeed, they were and i put them in my cart. did i really think that i was just going to see the pretzels and then leave them there on the grocery store shelf?! anyways, they were delish and i ate the whole bag in the span of a few hours. this is not good. my postpartum belly, aka the jelly donut, just got a little bit bigger today. oh well. thank you for a dangerously delicious recommendation.

I haven't heard of OR tried these yet. Which is odd because I grew up in PA and my dad RAN the Hershey's chocolate factory in Hershey. So Snyders AND Hershey is just a Pennsylvania food orgy and that I was somehow unaware of.
But I'm aware now.
And salivating.
